Cheburrrashka, we wrap skinless mung beans, pork, dried shrimp, chestnut, salted duck egg yolk with sticky rice and bamboo leaves and parcelled it with dried waterweeds, have those wraps boiled for around 4 hours (!!, yes you won't have these hours to spend, wait, do you think this can be a task for your empirical question? =). And there are other types with different fillings/ unfilled. The skill on how to wrap is a secret (hehe, I even don't know how to describe the way to wrap in Chinese), seasoning is a secret I haven't yet discovered from popo's receipe.
